PURE HOME TENERIFE was born from our love for this island — its sunshine, ocean breeze, and calm rhythm of life

During our first stay, we fell in love with Tenerife’s charm and its perfect year-round climate. We wanted to create places where our guests can experience the same feeling — a real home by the ocean

Our apartments in Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje are designed for comfort and simplicity. We care deeply about cleanliness and quality sleep — all double beds are king-size (180×200 cm) with premium mattresses. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and smart lock access, so you can enjoy a seamless and relaxing stay that truly feels like home

Rules

We would like to ask you to respect the following rules:

- smoking is not allowed 

- it is not allowed to accommodate higher number of people than how many were specified in your booking

- parties or events are not allowed, you can not make noise and listen to loud music, disturbing the peace of neighbors after 22:00 (in case of well founded complains from neighbors, the police could be notified and you could be asked to leave the apartment immediately)

- it is not allowed to keep dogs, cats or other pets in the apartment 

- guests receives upon their arrival one to open the gate at the rubish area and also several entrance doors to Parque Santiago 2 complex. Guest are not allowed to make key duplicate. Guest must return the key upon their departure.

- guests have to inform the owner in case of damaging the equipment of the apartment. Guests are responsible for all damages caused in the property, inform about them as soon as possible and to cover respective costs of these damages.

- in case of dirty beddings with stains from creams, oils, make ups etc. or something will be missing – the guests will pay the compensation fees–1 towel : 15 EUR, 1 sheet: 20 EUR 

- please keep the apartment clean and tidy

- cleaning during your stay can be arranged based on your request for a fee 

- once you are leaving the apartment, turn off the air-condition, lights, household appliances and close the taps and windows.

- please do not leave trash and dirty dishes in the apartment
